Until further notice, any BiBi Food products purchased online at bibifood.com can NOT be returned. That includes any kind of food products and rice. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will send you a replacement – contact us for return merchandise approval.

Note: If BiBi Food does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund number was given, we will not be able to process your refund request
